Hutch Retails for $190 per yard. Hutch comes in several colors (see pictures) Hutch also comes in wallpaper.

Pricing starts at $175 per pillow in Hutch with self welting or contrasting welting in Navy or Black. If you want another color for welting, it may be additional.

Pricing starts at $150 per pillow for knife edge pillows without welting/piping added.

Fabric is on both sides. Pillow cover is knife edge (no welting/piping) and has invisible zipper.

Inside seams are professionally finished.

Pillow insert is NOT included.

Custom Drapes. Pricing includes discounted fabric, cotton lining and any style pleat. Contact me for a Custom Quote for Custom Drapes and specify Width of Drapes, Length, Style of Pleat and Type of Lining and I will send you an estimate. Drapes are custom made to your specifications.

Specifying Widths:

If your drapes are functional- one pair of single width pleated drapes covers approximately a 40" wide span; one pair of 1 1/2 widths covers a 60" wide span; one pair of double width covers an 80" wide span; one pair of 2 1/2 widths covers a 100" wide span; one pair of triple widths covers a 120" wide span.
Single Width:
One Pair of Single Width Pleated Drapes starts at $1,275 per pair. Includes fabric at a discount, cotton lining and labor. Blackout Lining is an additional $50 per pair.

1 1/2 Widths (Design will not match at the seams because the horizontal repeat is 54" Wide):
One Pair of 1 1/2 Width Pleated Drapes starts at $2,000 per pair. Includes fabric at a discount, cotton lining and labor. Blackout Lining is an additional $75 per pair.

Double Width:
One Pair of Double Width Pleated Drapes starts at $2,550 per pair. Includes fabric at a discount, cotton lining and labor. Blackout Lining is an additional $100 per pair.

Prices start at $550 for Roman Shades with fabric at a discount, cotton lining and standard cord lock system. You can request Relaxed or Flat Roman Shades.

Roman Shades are board mounted (width of board can be customized for inside or outside mount) and comes with mounting hardware. Roman Shades lined with high quality cotton lining, but you can request blackout lining at additional cost. Price includes standard cord lock system which locks at any height and can be easily lifted and lowered, or continuous bead cord loop system which eliminates hanging cords and can be secured if you have small children (additional cost).
