Fabric and Wallpaper are ordered directly from the manufacturer and all products ordered are first quality.
Fabric and Wallpaper cannot be returned unless there is damage. Since you cannot return fabric or wallpaper, please order a sample before placing the order to ensure you are getting what you want. For fabric orders you can request a CFA (Cutting For Approval) where a small cutting is sent from the same dyelot that your order is being cut from if you want to ensure color matches your sample.
If there is damage, please forward me a picture of the damage to lynn@lynnchalk.com. I will contact the manufacturer who will issue a return and send a replacement order.
Samples
Samples are shipped to you directly from each manufacturer. If you order samples from multiple manufacturers, you will receive your samples separately. Each manufacturer sends samples via different shipping options (USPS, UPS or FedEx).
Fabric and wallpaper samples are cut from random dye lots. A CFA (or Cutting for Approval) can be requested if you want to ensure the dyelot of the fabric you are ordering is exactly the color you are expecting. CFA’s are smaller than a sample and is cut from the specific dye lot you are ordering. You must request a CFA when placing the order.
Custom Orders
All items are made with the utmost care. If you are not happy with pillow covers that were purchased on sale (as these are stocked and not a custom order), please contact me within 3 days after receiving them so we can arrange a return or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable and customer must pay all costs for return shipment. Custom Pillow Orders cannot be returned.
Custom orders for window treatments, pillows and cushions cannot be returned or exchanged. Please ensure that all measurements are completely accurate before ordering. I will go over measuring and installation details to be sure dimensions are accurate before beginning work. Once a Custom Order is placed and fabric is ordered, it cannot be cancelled.
